We were suffering from some critical turnover in one of our largest Divisions.and the turnover had almost crippled one of our divisions. Art Hobba of Transcende was hired to provide a 'retention audit' which included stakeholder interviews, hiring and onboarding process assessment and confidential employee surveys.
