Art Hobba, Founder-CEO CPBL, CPVA, CPBA, CAIA[1][1] – has spearheaded 4 Successful Start-ups and served in leadership roles of General Manager and VP S/M for 2 NASDAQ Tech companies and Grant Thornton, LLP. As Executive Coach, Art’s values-based leadership approach will help executives and the organizations they serve install core values, build “Trust CapitalTM”, as a foundation for the high performance workplace. As an organizational development specialist expert in Salesforce design, CRM Implementation, hiring, training and deployment, he strategized and closed many multimillion dollar sales for View Tech (VUTK) where he was instrumental in growing the company from $5 million to over $60 million in sales. Art is the primary visionary and driver for Transcende. Art is the Creator and Co-founder of Principle Based Leadership, a 501c3 non-profit organization, an Advisory Board Member of InnerTalent, a Board Member of NHRA, Member of ASTD and the Institute for Executive Development. BA CSUN and LIFE Seminary. He lives in Agoura Hills with his wife and family. 

Sharon Hobba- Co-Founder, EVP Operations and Finance, CAIA, CPVA, CPBA-was formerly the VP of Operations for Accsellerate, LLC. Brings 20 years of corporate finance, administrative, sales management. MarCom and event planning experience. Sharon also serves our clients on specific marketing, meeting planning and site selection related projects. She is also is a licensed professional with Helms Briscoe and serves on the award winning Las Virgenes School District as Chair of Humanitarian Aid and Fundraising (for Yerba Buena Elementary School) and lives with he husband and children in Agoura Hills.

Board of Directors:

Bart Thielen, CPA, Treasurer- has over fifteen years industry experience and possesses an extensive track record in managing high growth companies, taking 2 companies public as CFO. As specialist in complex multi-party licensing agreements, he is currently the CFO of Pathway Diagnostics, a leading biotech company focused on the validation of biomarkers for all phases of drug development and clinical diagnostic applications. Prior to Pathway, Mr. Thielen was CFO for Frontier Dental Management Company where he implemented an integrated financial reporting structure for a large dental group. Prior to Frontier, he was a Partner with Tatum CFO working with start-up to midsize healthcare / biotech companies in the capacity of CFO / COO focused on developing financial models and strategies. Bart then served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Specialty Laboratories where he was responsible for managing working capital for a company having a five-year compounded annual growth rate in excess of 45% and helped lead Specialty to a highly successful IPO. Mr. Thielen also worked for Quest Laboratories in various positions. Mr. Thielen possesses a B.A. in Accounting from Aurora University.

John Gardner, MBA, CHE, Secretary - is the Founder and CEO of Logos Health Systems a medical software service solution for clinical documentation within hospitals and surgical centers. His company successfully launched VoiceScreenT into the Southern California surgery center and surgical hospital market in 2005. John has previously filled senior level executive positions in various hospitals, hospital systems, physician practices, diagnostic services ranging in size to 1,000 employees and $50 million in revenue. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE), a Member of the Board of the Christian Foundation of the West, an Associate Member of the Center for Business Ethics as well as a Leadership Coach and Trainer.

Chuck Coker, PhD., SPHR, D. Min., CMMT, CPBA, CPVA, MBTIQ, CAMI Chuck Coker is one of America's most sought after experts in the field of employee development (hiring, training and retention). In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Chuck is TRANSCENDE's primary Client engagement lead for our East coast clientele and as our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the firm. His unique slant on training presents state of the art approaches to learning (and its application) in the fields of Leadership, Management, Team Building, Productivity, Sales, and Safety for individuals and/or their companies. As a workplace psychologist, Chuck's expertise ranges from psychometrics to ancient philosophies. He holds professional designations as a: Certified Master Motivational Trainer, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst and a Master Aggression Management Instructor. As both a prolific author of over 30 books and curricula and speaker, he served as Chairman of the President's Council for the National Speaker's Association and was voted their "Speaker of the Year". A 2 time Olympic Silver Medalist and 6th Degree Black Belt, Chuck lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with his wife and large family.
