Typical Executive Coaching engagements include a 6 month commitment broken into 3 developmental phases each of which build upon the other:

Reality and Assessment -measuring and analyzing what is to improve self awareness and understand how you are percieved by stakeholders around you? |

Organizational assessment includes how you directly performance and create culture. What are your personal and management team's strengths and weaknesses? |

Goal Setting and Change-where does the Coachee wants to go and what needs to change in order to get there. Begin the change process (this is the hard work!) |

Performance- Our coaching paradigm is about results. This means we want to see measurable success that has begun to come into play through the change
process and positive progress towards goal achievement.

Usually a 6 month 'tailored to you' program, coaching candidates will be assigned to one of our senior professionals coach for a first time preliminary visit. Our Coaching Professionals will leverage their experience, insight, training and business knowledge to help get you to the next level in leadership skills, performance and job fulfillment.
