Whereas we expect and demand honesty and integrity in all of our business community relationships, it is clear to all that, in real world situations many organizations too often fall short of these expectations. With TRANSCENDE, compliance is both a mandate and a brand.
No only is it a commitment to do the right thing, it is well documented that businesses, which adhere to a written code of conduct and behavior, are in fact more profitable.

- Excellence: Leaders will set the standard for excellence across all business units and activities. Final products shall be the best we can deliver…. not just good, but great.
- Trust building: Every leader shall intentionally seek to build, sustain and grow trust in their sphere of influence through growing in and living out PBL competencies

- Truth: Stakeholders will act and speak in a trustworthy manner, speaking truth with all sincerity. Truth, though sometimes painful, brings a competitive advantage because the clarity it brings enables for real problems to be solved quickly and effectively.
- Professionalism: Stakeholders will serve with integrity, competence, and objectivity, using a professional approach at all times and establishing realistic expectations of the benefits and results of their services.
- Confidentiality: Stakeholders will treat all information that is not public knowledge as confidential, will prevent access by unauthorized people, and will not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information, either for themselves as individuals, for the company, or for other clients or partners of TRANSCENDE, without the other party’s express written permission.
- Conflicts of Interest: Stakeholders will avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such, and will disclose to a client or partner any circumstances or interests that might influence their judgment and objectivity.
- Referrals and Commissions: TRANSCENDE Consultants and Coaches will disclose to their clients in advance any fees or commissions that they receive for equipment, supplies or services they may recommend to their clients. No Stakeholder may offer such equipment, supplies, or services to clients without the express written permission of TRANSCENDE.
- Competency: TRANSCENDE Consultants and Coaches will only accept assignments which they possess the expertise to perform, and will only assign staff with the requisite expertise.
- Scope of Work: TRANSCENDE Executives, Consultants and Coaches will ensure that before accepting any engagement, there is mutual written understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, and fees or revenue sharing arrangements has been established.
Community
- Service: Stakeholders shall embrace TRANSCENDE’s culture of generosity, and gratitude by “giving back” to their respective communities through their time, talent, resources.
- Reputation: Stakeholders will value and seek to protect and represent the good name of TRANSCENDE as an asset to the local and global community.
