DISC Behavioral Assessments

By far the most popular, low cost, assessment used for hiring purposes, the DISC tells you if the candidate will ‘fit’ the job from a behavioral style aspect. Everyone has some score on each of the 4 styles, but is dominant in 1 or 2 traits.
