By far the most popular, low cost, assessment used for hiring sales training and team building, the DiSC tells you if the candidate will ‘fit’ the job from a behavioral style aspect. Everyone has some score on each of the 4 styles, but is dominant in 1 or 2 traits. 

The  styles are:
 D- Dominant 
 I - Influencer 
 S- Supporter 
 C- Controller (Analytical)

Our DiSC comes in various report styles including Executive, Administrative and Sales. Each report measures both the Adapted Style (how you behave today) and the Natural Style (how you are naturally ‘wired’).
