The TriCoreTM assessment system combines 3 separate assessment tools a powerful position benchmarking system that is designed to help organizations hire more effectively, develop their existing people and create a performance driven culture. The
TriCoreTM Assessment is the most comprehensive, in-depth, real-world, easy-to-use assessment and development tool ever developed.
As a hiring tool, the TriCoreTM System gets behind each candidate’s mask and identifies his or her true capacities to perform. This is far more than simply identifying behavior.
Although important, behavior is only part of a truly complete profile – you must measure more and measure it accurately. That’s exactly what the TriCoreTM System does and why over 80% of our clients will not hire anyone without first using our system.
Here’s how the TriCore™ Talent Management System
works:
1. First, a group of survey participants are selected (5 to 6 people)This is what we call the
Performers Benchmark group. Typically this group of participants is comprised of top performers in the job
that the organization want to duplicate in this position. Each of
these takes the TriCore Test and the results and scores are analyzed
and charted to create the new hiring benchmark
2. A Stakeholder group is then formed to review the benchmark. this 1 hour briefing process with a Transcende Consultant.
stakeholders are those who have a direct connection to this position
as either direct reports or management. It will also include 2-3 of
the top performers tested previously. This exercise is designed to get everyone "on the same page" with regard to the position requirements
and to affirm the behaviors, values, drivers and attributes revealed
by the TriCore hiring benchmark.
3. Each member of the stakeholder group then scores an individual 3-part survey called the
TriCoreTM Benchmark). The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and participants simultaneously complete the survey immediately following the briefing session.
4. Transcende Professional then creates an integrated benchmark for that specific position that can be used for hiring, development and succession planning. All future external and internal applicants for this benchmarked position can then be compared via psychometric data, to measure fit, capacity and job alignment.
Once the benchmark is established job candidates are assessed using
TriCoreTM. Then, their personal assessment results are compared to the position benchmark.
Development
Many organizations have also been able
to use the benchmark for development and coaching the employees
currently in the position and for identifying High Potential
performers.
