The CeCoaching System allows the User-Coachee to experience up to 48 months of continuous improvement covering 40 different attributes, skills or character traits that are uniquely identified for each participant, and can be customized for large organizations. The development process integrates SMART goal setting, journaling, and a built-in, “mini- 360°” peer review process, with before and after measurements.
